MigrationsBase allows for a point and click selection of data fields which correspond in the two databases. Special rules may be applied to the transfer. Data is checked for consistency with E2b. Medical terms are recoded to MedDRA, and drugs are checked against WHODRUG - just to mention a few of the facilities.

The result of the migration is a recoded and clean database, associated with an extensive log documenting all the steps of the process to facilitate full validation.
